PROGRAM PIS 202: ESTABLISHING THE EXECUTIVE AGENDA

Course Description: This program examines more comprehensively the challenges and constraints of working with executive management. The course raises issues which are of vital concern to executives and managers whenever they commit to expensive projects including: (1) developing the immediate strategies of the new project; (2) assessing the potential business damage; (3) surviving the potential disaster or disappointment, and (4) succeeding at recovery and replacement. In this course you will learn how to:

  • Put executive relationships on a business basis;
  • Politically Establish the Executive Calendar for Pre-Project Action, and
  • Manage the Executive Calendar to Enforce Post-Project Monitoring
