A Note From Ray Newkirk,
Chairman of The Systems Management Institute & Founder of The Newkirk Group
"Whenever you think of the pinnacle of performance and achievement, you must think about Freddie and Niki Myles." - Ray Newkirk
At TNG we really care about the complete success of the organizations and individuals who become our clients. Every one of us here deeply enjoys enhancing the careers of individuals and the successes of their organizations. Because of the commitment to excellence in performance that we share, TNG strives hard to provide the best coaching services available anywhere in the world by providing the best coaches available anywhere. Today we still strive to keep this commitment to excellence.
Over the years, The Systems Management Institute has accomplished a long list of envious successes in its role as consultant to a great number of prestiguous and not so prestiguous organizations. Whether our clients were small, struggling start-ups, or giant success factories our commitment never wavered. Their success was paramount.
Such singular dedication to our clients has taught us that their success often emerged outside of the technical consulting environment but rather flowed from the over-arching fitness of the client to lead their teams and to endure their challenges. Although knowledge, experience, skill, & competence contributed to the success of each client, this was far from the whole story. Beyond all of these attributes of success, we found that personal health, fitness, strength, endurance, and competitiveness was the foundation for all the other attributes of success mentioned above. A healthy and fit client made better decisions, performed better, and most often achieved better results. The fit manager became the peak performer while the unfit manager suffered a greater number of setbacks, was less inspirational, and displayed lower confidence - and had greater difficulty gaining the confidence of others in the organization.
As a result of our experiences in enhancing the success of our clients over the last 40+ years, we have expanded our coaching practice to include programs in fitness, health, nutrition, exercise, and competitive weightlifting for the enrichment of our clients and their organizations.
This is the new frontier in executive coaching: Enhance your strength, coordination, concentration, & focus as you build your knowledge, discipline, and skills of success.
I have had a very interesting career. I have consulted to some of the great leaders of business and politics. I have earned several advanced academic credentials with honors, I have traveled the world several times over. I have delivered the most demanding programs in every sort of condition imaginable with even life-threatening challenges in the most unlikely situations. I have been a successful entrepreneur, author, and speaker. I am also the Masters 77kg champion of the Pacific Weightlifting Association, and am nationally ranked. And yes I feel that my life is just beginning. In my mind I could not have lived such a satisfying life had I not participated in competitive weightlifting throughout my life.
Participation in this sport has taught me to focus, endure, and begin again and again and again after failure. I cannot think of any activity that has contributed so much to the formation of my life and the energy to try new things as Olympic- style Weightlifting. It has been fun, healthy, and exciting. I most sincerely recommend TNG fitness coaching to our clients and their organizations.
And to top everything off just right - TNG has made it possible for clients to work with several of the very best personal strength coaches in the world. We are excited to introduce Freddie and Niki Myles of Myles Ahead Fitness to our clients so that they may also benefit from the renowned accomplishments and expertise of these two outstanding coaches in enhancing their own strength, fitness, and personal performance. Enhance your own focus, confidence, and endurance. Retain TNG for you personal training success. We certainly are second to non.
