Course Description: Many activities must be completed to Successfully Initiate Projects. This program is designed as a survey to enable students to prepare the Enterprise Level Plan of Action and Milestones from the systems perspective. In this certificate program, you will learn how to:

- Recognize and Manage the Political Environment.
