TNG believes that the skills which make the greatest difference in coaching and consulting are the softskills, often called the "people skills". Yet while many coaches & consultants excel at using the tools and techniques of their professions, such as spreadsheets, wordprocessors, project management software and computers, they frequently overlook what TNG terms the core competencies of C&C such as gaining trust & confidence, communicating well, mobilizing innovation and change, managing others, recognizing and overcoming unrealistic defensive behaviors, mentoring, negotiating and listening skills. Our seminars focus on enhancing these hidden skills of C&C in clients at the individual, team, and enterprise levels.
